Parents’ Schools program will start operating in a pilot mode in Kyrgyzstan from October 1. Press service of the Ministry of Education and Science reported.
The ministry noted that the concept of the spiritual and moral development of the individual and physical education notes that the family is the basis of the spiritual and moral development of an individual. Therefore, increasing the capacity of parents to educate and bring up children is a requirement of the time.
The program will be introduced in stages from October 1 in pilot preschool and educational institutions. To do this, at least 5 kindergartens and 10 schools will be selected in each district and city. They will use the program developed by the Honored Teacher, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Gapyr Madaminov to introduce «Ata-Enerler Mektebi» (Parents’ School). Training will be held at least once a month.
The ministry added that after testing in pilot educational institutions, «Ata-Enerler Mektebi» program will be improved and used in other educational institutions.
