Documents aimed at ensuring accounting of goods in the framework of trade with the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) during import into Kyrgyzstan have been approved. The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov signed the appropriate decision.
The decision was made in order to create favorable conditions for the development of trade and economic relations, ensure growth of export potential, accounting of goods in trade with the EAEU, and determine the date of registration.
In particular, the procedure for ensuring the accounting of goods was approved. A list of goods and recommended minimum standards for the import of goods by individuals for personal use, in respect of which no mandatory registration of shipping documents is required, were also approved.
The Tax Service has been appointed as the coordinating body for state control (sanitary and epidemiological, veterinary, phytosanitary, transport) at the points of registration of goods located near the checkpoints on the Kyrgyz-Kazakh section of the border. At the same time, state bodies involved in the work of goods registration points were instructed to ensure round-the-clock duty of officials at them.
