Deputy Aida Izatbek kyzy proposed to create an electronic database of departing parents. She stated this today at a meeting of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan.
According to her, the majority of parents leaving the country do not draw up a power of attorney, thereby putting their children at risk.
«According to statistics, children of migrants are often subjected to violence. Many parents do not arrange guardianship before leaving. If the parents are absent for a month, this is already a signal that the child is in danger. In this regard, I propose to create an electronic database. This, of course, is difficult, it will require the assistance of several government agencies,» she said.
