The President of Kyrgyzstan signed a decree on termination of powers of a judge of a local court of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the press service of the head of state, based on the proposal of the Council of Judges of the Kyrgyz Republic, powers of the local court judge Imatilla Zholdoshov, who was previously sent to the Suzak District Court of Jalal-Abad region to exercise the powers of a judge, were terminated.
He was relieved of his post on March 21, 2022 due to reaching the age limit.
In 2020, Imatilla Zholdoshov was brought to disciplinary responsibility by the decision of the disciplinary commission under the Council of Judges.
