President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov signed the Law «On regulation of land and legal relations». Press service of the head of state reported.
The law was adopted by the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic on March 17, 2022. It determines the legal basis, conditions and procedure for the land amnesty.
The law regulates implementation by the state of the land amnesty to secure the property rights of citizens to the objects of the land amnesty by the state.
It is planned that 32,000 hectares, 104,000 houses, 15,000 foundations, as well as 1,000 hectares of land registered as forestland will be amnestied.
At least 7,000 houses in 44 newly-built quarters will be legalized in the capital.
