State Mortgage Company will build individual houses in the border villages of Batken region of Kyrgyzstan. Chairwoman of the State Mortgage Company JSC Aida Tologonova announced at the meeting of Ishenim faction.
According to her, residential houses will be built in Ak-Sai and Maksat villages.
«About 3.5 billion soms are allocated for construction of housing in the regions. Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers is being drawn up to allocate 200 million soms to Batken. We will build individual houses in Ak-Sai and Maksat border villages,» she said.
The mortgage company will build housing in all regions of the country.
«We visited the regions and found 300 hectares of land for construction. We have made a list of these plots. We will build multi-storey houses. The State Architecture Agency will carry out technical, author’s supervision of the project,» Aida Tologonova told.
