MP Sultanbai Aizhigitov left meeting of the Committee on Agrarian Policy, Water Resources, Ecology and Regional Development, opposing consideration of the bill on pastures in the third reading.
The deputy asked the chairman of the committee Amankan Kenzhebaev to speak. But he refused, referring to the fact that the agenda of the meeting had already been adopted.
«I am against consideration of this issue. Give me a chance to speak. If you don’t give it to me, I’ll leave. Discuss it on your own,» Sultanbai Aizhigitov said and left the hall.
MP Sultanbai Aizhigitov believes that amendments to the Law on Pastures is a threat to the independence and national interests of the country. He emphasizes that the Constitution prohibits privatization of pastures and forests.
