Russia is fulfilling all its obligations on energy supplies to Europe and other regions of the world. The Russian President Vladimir Putin said this at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers. TASS reported.
He stressed that Ukraine’s gas transportation system is 100 percent loaded and the rise in prices of petroleum products in the U.S. is not related to the ban on oil imports from Russia.
Vladimir Putin also instructed to develop additional mechanisms to ensure stability of regional budgets and said: «The level of demand for goods in the current conditions is rising, but the authorities will solve all the problems.»
The situation in Ukraine remains complicated. Fighting continues. Russia started a special military operation on February 24, 2022. The number of military and civilian casualties continues to grow. Many states have imposed and continue to impose severe sanctions on Russia. On the fourth attempt, on the thirteenth day of the conflict, a humanitarian corridor was opened for refugees who decided to leave Ukraine. The first stage of evacuation of civilians from the city of Sumy in north-eastern Ukraine began on March 9.
