President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky urged the citizens of the country not to panic. He posted a video on his Instagram account.
He also stated that the entire security and defense sector of Ukraine is working. It was also noted that Volodymyr Zelensky is convening the Security Council of Ukraine.
