The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan will discuss a new cooperation agreement with the United States. Sources in the Parliament informed 24.kg news agency.
According to them, a new project will be developed and submitted to the relevant committee for discussion in the coming days.
The basic document of 1993 was denounced in 2015 at the initiative of the Kyrgyz side because of the State Department’s award presented to the human rights activist Azimzhan Askarov. The latter died on July 25, 2020 in the prison colony No. 47.
