The Accounts Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic conducted an audit of execution of the budget of the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Russia for 2019-2020. Press service of the Accounts Chamber reports.
Certain shortcomings in compliance with the Budget Code of the Kyrgyz Republic have been revealed. Thus, in the absence of an updated target indicator in «Rent» item of the budget, the Embassy was financed by the Ministry of Finance.
By order of the head of the Embassy, norms for consumption of fuel and lubricants for official vehicles were approved. They turned out to be overestimated in comparison with the linear norms of fuel consumption by road transport, approved by the authorized body.
As a result of the audit, instructions and recommendations of the Accounts Chamber were sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the elimination of detected shortcomings in order to prevent them in the future.
