Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Edil Baisalov held a meeting with the heads of state agencies, representatives of employment agencies, international organizations and public activists. Press service of the Cabinet reported.
They discussed the need to strengthen the system of organized employment of citizens abroad. In particular, they talked about stepping up coordination of activities of government agencies in the organized recruitment of migrant workers.
«The main priority of the Cabinet of Ministers is to create jobs inside the country. We are striving to return the most qualified personnel to the republic, not only to services and production sector, but also to schools, hospitals and government agencies. However, in the coming years, we will continue to have a large oversupply of labor force due to young citizens. We will work hard to ensure that they can find well-paid jobs abroad. That’s where they can get the skills that are in high demand for economic development and investment in economy,» Edil Baisalov said.
According to the results of the meeting, state agencies were given instructions regarding quality legal support, introduction of insurance and facilitation of legal employment of compatriots. They were instructed to accelerate the work on concluding an agreement on facilitation of visa regime and the possibility of leaving the country to find job.
