The Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan (CEC) registered 37 candidates out of 72 who submitted notices of participation in the repeat elections of deputies of the Parliament in two single-mandate constituencies — Pervomaisky and Sverdlovsky.
The CEC clarifies that the candidates have to submit all the necessary documents, including an electoral deposit in the amount of 100,000 soms, by January 30, inclusive, by 6 p.m.
Those who submit the required package of documents at least a minute later will not be registered.
Candidates for the mandate must post their programs on the official website of the CEC under the heading «Electronic Candidate» no later than on February 7.
The CEC must register candidates by February 7. Campaigning will begin on February 7 and end on February 26 at 8 a.m. Repeat elections in two single-mandate constituencies, Pervomaisky and Sverdlovsky, will be held on February 27.
