Two minibuses collided in Bishkek at the intersection of Elebesov and Botaliev (Sovetskaya and Shcherbakov) Streets.
As a result, 14 people were injured, Egor Borisov, Deputy Director of the Center for Emergency Medicine of the capital, told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, six ambulances worked at the scene.
«14 people were injured in the road accident. They received moderate injuries. Some 13 people were hospitalized in the Bishkek Scientific Research Center of Traumatology and Orthopedics. One victim was taken to the National Hospital, to the Neurotrauma Department,» Egor Borisov said.
He clarified that there were no children among the victims.
