Tajik media reported that Kyrgyzstanis threw stones at a truck delivering groceries to Vorukh.
According to the spokesman for the Mayor of Isfara Zubaidullo Shomadov, the incident occurred on January 20 in the Kyrgyz Ak-Sai village. The windows and headlights of the truck were broken, and the driver, Nasrullobek Aslonov, a citizen of Tajikistan, was injured.
He noted that today, on January 21, officials of Isfara border jamoats will discuss this incident with representatives of Batken region.
The Border Service of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan has not yet commented on the incident.
