The identity of the second Kyrgyzstani killed during the riots in Kazakhstan has been established. Consul General of Kyrgyzstan in Kazakhstan Nazarali Aripov told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, Bakhtiyar Bazarbaev is the victim.
«The body of the deceased will be handed over after all the data are checked by the competent authorities of Kazakhstan,» Nazarali Aripov said.
However, he did not specify in what city and under what circumstances Bakhtiyar Bazarbaev died. The official promised to provide all the details later.
