The first meeting of the Anti-Corruption Business Council under the President will take place today with participation of the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov. Press service of the head of state reported.
The event will be attended by the members of the Council, observers — development partners, government officials and others.
They will discuss the main directions of the country’s anti-corruption strategy, topical issues of the implementation of anti-corruption legislation in state bodies and local authorities, the role of business associations in the fight against corruption, and other issues.
The meeting will be broadcast live by OTRK, republican and regional TV channels, on social media.
The members of the Council are representatives of government bodies, business associations, the civil sector, scientific and educational institutions.
