The girl is 17 years old. Mother of the teenager wrote a statement to the police.
The Internal Affairs Department of Osh region confirmed the information. According to the department, a forensic psychiatric and forensic medical examinations have been commissioned. The suspect was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
