Kyrgyzstani accused of murder and misappropriation of vehicles was extradited from Tajikistan. Information and Public Relations Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The Prosecutor General’s Office of Tajikistan complied with the request for extradition of the Kyrgyz citizen for criminal prosecution. On March 4, he was convoyed from Dushanbe and taken to Bishkek detention facility 1.
According to materials of the criminal case, on October 21, 2018, the man, together with a resident of Sosnovka village, headed for Talas region by the car of Sosnovka inhabitant. In Bakai-Ata district, the accused strangled the man because of the car and threw his body into a river.
The offender left for Tajikistan, but was detained in Khatlon region at the end of December last year.
