Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan transfers assets of FETO-linked company to Turkey

The Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan ruled to transfer assets of Kaynak Holding organization to the Turkey’s Savings Deposit Insurance Fund. The Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic reports.

It is clarified that the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic considered the case on administrative claim of the State Fund of Turkey to invalidate the order of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic dated November 30, 2016 on the state re-registration of Kaynak LLC in Kyrgyzstan. It was found out that this company financed FETO terrorist organization, banned in Turkey.

Its property was confiscated, and part of the assets was on the balance sheet of the holding in Kyrgyzstan. Lawsuits on their alienation lasted two and a half years.

On the night of July 15, 2016, a group of servicemen of the Turkish Armed Forces, members of FETO, attempted an armed seizure of power in the country.

Their actions were resolutely suppressed thanks to the actions of the country’s leadership and law enforcement agencies, as well as ordinary citizens. At least 251 people were killed.
