Employees of the Emergency Situations Ministry of Russia rescued Kyrgyzstanis, who have nearly frozen to death on the federal road Tyumen — Khanty-Mansiysk. The main department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia reports.
A minibus, which transported nine Kyrgyz citizens, broke down in outside temperature below — 30 degrees Celsius.
«Guest from Kyrgyzstan were going to the wedding of a relative. The battery of the minibus ran out of charge, the generator failed. All passengers were taken to the nearest warming center,» the Emergency Situations Ministry informs.
