Electrostatic precipitators at Bishkek Heating and Power Plant will be repaired for 35.3 million soms. The state procurement portal says.
As Electric Stations OJSC explained to 24.kg news agency, spare parts for electrostatic precipitators are bought. The tender was announced in preparation for the new heating season. The work will begin upon completion of the autumn-winter period.
Earlier, filters have been already repaired at the Bishkek HPP. The problem has become particularly acute after the modernization of the heating plant. Many people associate the smog over Bishkek with the work of HPP.
