The head of state focused on the implementation of judicial reform. He noted that from then on, people who have committed violations, especially minors, would not be kept in prisons together with criminals and would be protected from the negative influence of the criminal environment.
«No reform is complete without flaws. However, we must not retreat from the course taken. Criticism is expressed regarding some norms of new codes and laws. They will be eliminated in the course of reforms as needed. But we will definitely implement these reforms,» stressed Sooronbai Jeenbekov.
