The Bishkek City Council launched an electronic system for appeals from residents of the capital as a pilot project. Speaker of the Bishkek City Council Zhanybek Abirov told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, the main objective of the project is to build a dialogue with citizens.
«There are a lot of problems in the city: we, of course, cannot wave our magic wand to solve them instantly. We often hear criticism, but would like to hear constructive proposals from citizens for solving the problems of the capital, their opinion,» he said.
The speaker noted that all appeals would be processed, perhaps, some ideas would be implemented.
«This is a pilot project now. Appeals are accepted until February 1. Then we will analyze and, possibly, extend or launch the project in a different format,» Zhanybek Abirov shared his plans.
