President urges deputies, ministers to comply with civil servant rank

The President of Kyrgyzstan called on deputies, members of the government and officials to comply with the high rank of civil servant. Sooronbai Jeenbekov said this today at a meeting of the Parliament after an oath of new members of the Government.

We are all public people, whose actions are assessed by the society and the people. Each our action passes through a sieve of the society and the people.

Sooronbai Jeenbekov

Recently, there has been a lot of criticism in the society against the officials on their behavior, on the execution of official duties. Each step, action of officials forms a world outlook in society about all the officials of the government and the state. Only after we comply with the high rank of a civil servant, a positive attitude in society will be formed," the head of state stressed.

There are people in the history of Kyrgyzstan, who have not fulfilled their oaths. You know perfectly well what had happened to them.

«New members of the government have taken an oath today. I ask you to abide it. Since ancient times, the Kyrgyz people have piously honored the oaths they have taken, they felt responsibility for it. I urge you to deeply feel, imbued with the oath. Remember in the morning, coming to work, and in the evening, leaving work, that you took the oath. Remember what happened to those who did not fulfill the oath,» concluded Sooronbai Jeenbekov.
