Recall, Sapar Isakov was charged with corruption within the criminal case on the modernization of Bishkek Heating and Power Plant. The former prime minister will be kept in SCNS pretrial detention center until the end of the investigation by a court decision.
He will turn 41 on July 29, 2018.
