The candidate for the post of Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev called all political forces for unification. He stated this today at an extraordinary session of the Parliament.
According to him, his program is called «Unity, Trust, Creation.» He noted that the program was named so because, over the years of independence, Kyrgyzstan has gone through many difficulties, experienced two revolutions and entered on a new development path.
Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev said that the government should pay special attention to protection of the family and caring for it.
«Our President Sooronbai Jeenbekov is working to justify the great confidence of the people with honor. In such a situation, all branches of government together with the society should support the efforts of the head of state,» said Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev.
He stressed that projects that damage the ecology of the country are unacceptable. The candidate for prime minister’s post noted that the economy of Kyrgyzstan should become competitive.
The candidate said that the principles of public-private partnership would be introduced.
«An active dialogue between government and business needs promotion of an institute of a business ombudsman,» he said, adding that the maintenance of strategic sectors of the economy remains a strategic duty. He believes that it is necessary to reduce the level of dependence on foreign donors.
The day before, the deputies passed a no-confidence motion against Sapar Isakov. The majority coalition expanded due to the joining of Respublika-Ata Jurt faction.
