National Bank of Kyrgyzstan again sells dollars

The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan conducts intervention on the currency market, selling dollars for the ninth time in a month, its official website reported.

It is noted that $ 4.5 million was sold with calculations on the date of the transaction. In total, from the beginning of November, the National Bank has sold $ 42.7 million to stop the growth of the dollar.

After the interventions, the dollar rate doesn’t change. Exchange offices of the capital and commercial banks buy the dollar for 69.6-69.7, and sell - for 69.75-69.85 soms. The nominal rate is set at 69,7016 soms (growth per day — 0.01 percent).
