«SapatCom building is being seized illegally," the ex-mayor of Bishkek told reporters, commenting on the decision of the Judicial Department on confiscation.
According to Nariman Tyuleev, he was called today at five in the morning and reported that police and bailiffs had arrived.
«For the third hour in a row, I fail to get explaination why SapatCom is being confiscated. There is not a word about confiscation in the court’s decision. And the paper that the bailiffs showed me is invalid, since it is dated February 2015 and its validity is 30 days. It turns out that the State Property Management Fund illegally re-registered the building with a third owner and now rudely confiscates it," Nariman Tyuleev said.
There are police officers, relatives and supporters of Nariman Tyuleev and SapatCom employees at the scene.
Earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that the building was nationalized.
