Design time of tailing dump, gold processing plant at Jerooy to be extended

The design time of the tailing dump and the gold processing plant at Jerooy will be extended until August 2017. The chairman of the State Committee for Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use Duyshenbek Zilaliev told the day before at the meeting with the residents of Talas region.

Yesterday, Talas town of ​​Kyrgyzstan hosted a discussion on the development of Jerooy deposit located in Bekmoldo rural administration of Talas district. The meeting was attended by about 300 residents and activists of Talas region, as well as the government’s authorized representative in the region Daiyr Kenekeev, Chairman of the State Committee for Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use Duishenbek Zilaliev.

Representatives of the Russian Platinum group of companies and their subsidiary Altyn Alliance LLC informed Talas resident about the results of activities of Altyn Alliance LLC in 2016 and further plans for the development of Jerooy.

Duishenbek Zilaliyev said that the company received permission for construction of four out of six projects. The design time will be extended for two most complex projects, including the construction of a tailing dump and a gold processing plant.
