International experts to assist in developing Osh City Master Plan

Osh Deputy Mayor Shumkarbek Paiziev met with Svetlana Alelekova and Matsumoto Daiki, representatives of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in the Kyrgyz Republic. The press service of the Osh City Hall reported.

According to the press service, the parties discussed the feasibility of implementing a project aimed at developing the Osh City Master Plan, as well as ways for JICA to assist them in conducting analytical studies and providing technical and expert support.

«The Deputy Mayor noted that the Master Plan is of strategic importance for the Osh City Hall, and therefore it is crucial to apply international experience and modern approaches to urban development,» the statement reads.
