Kyrgyzmebel OJSC will be transformed into an LLC and Mamytbai Salymbekov will head it. The website of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange (KSE) says.
According to the KSE, an extraordinary meeting of shareholders was held on September 3, 2024. A decision was made to carry out state re-registration of Kyrgyzmebel OJSC by transforming it into Kyrgyzmebel LLC. The procedure for exchanging shares of the OJSC for contributions of participants in the authorized capital of Kyrgyzmebel LLC in proportion to the number of these shares will be determined.
All rights and obligations of Kyrgyzmebel OJSC are transferred to Kyrgyzmebel LLC. Mamytbai Salymbekov has been appointed General Director of the company.
Mamytbai Salymbekov is Askar Salymbekov’s brother. The family has been the permanent owner of a large business united in Dordoi association.
