A batch of new buses from Turkey will soon arrive in Bishkek. City’s Vice Mayor Zhamalbek Yrsaliev announced on the air of Birinchi Radio.
According to him, as of October 21, there are 1,376 buses in the capital. At least 1,070 buses and 108 trolleybuses serve their lines daily. At least 35 new buses will arrive in Bishkek by November 20.
This time, the buses are equipped with air conditioners, they have lifting mechanisms for people with disabilities. They run on gas.
According to the vice mayor, the buses from the new batch are planned to be sent to express routes, for example, to Manas International Airport.
