Kara-Buura pass on Ala-Buka — Jany-Bazar — Kirovka highway and Sary-Kyr pass on Jalal-Abad — Kazarman highway are closed until spring. The press service of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Kyrgyzstan reported.
Road maintenance workers are installing signs about closure of passage through these passes.
Due to deteriorating weather conditions, the Ministry of Transport annually closes Kara-Buura and Sary-Kyr passes from October to May.
