President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov got acquainted with the progress of construction of the residential complex Dastan City, which is being built in Bishkek.
Earlier it was reported that multi-storey buildings on the site of former garages in the 11th microdistrict of the capital will be built by a company of relatives of the former mayor of the capital Nariman Tyuleev.
The construction is being carried out by the investor ExpoStroy Kurulush Kompaniyasy. The complex will consist of 24 seventeen-storey buildings, designed for 2,660 apartments, 500 apartments of which the investor will transfer to the State Mortgage Company under the agreement.
«This area has long been an environmental problem, and large-scale efforts have been made to clean it up. Tons of garbage have been removed from the area,» the statement says.
Director of the construction company ExpoStroy Kurulush Kompaniyasy LLC Kubanychbek Tuleyev told the president that the project includes not only residential buildings, but also shopping and business centers, and underground parking is planned. He also showed a design of the residential complex, which will have children’s and sports grounds for the convenience of people, including a large football field and tennis courts, kindergartens for 280 children (2 kindergartens for 140 children).
According to the presidential press service, 12 houses are currently being built simultaneously, and the project is scheduled to be completed in 2028.
