Pimps forcing teenagers into prostitution detained in Bishkek

A 29-year-old and 19-year-old suspects, who forced minors into prostitution, have been detained in Bishkek, the press service of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the capital reported.

On September 24, the duty unit of the Department of Internal Affairs of Pervomaisky district received a message that two women were forcing underage girls into prostitution through coercion and torture in one of the houses on Abdumomunov Street. A case was opened under the article «Involvement in prostitution» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

29-year-old and 19-year-old suspects were detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek. The police note that this fact was discovered during Brothel raid. The investigation continues.
