The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan approved the implementation of the public-private partnership project «Implementation of mandatory fuel making in the Kyrgyz Republic» in the «project sandbox» mode. The corresponding decree was signed by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov.
Uchkun JSC has been designated as a state partner for the implementation of the public-private partnership project on the introduction of mandatory fuel marking.
The National Investments Agency was instructed, together with Uchkun JSC, to sign an agreement on public-private partnership in the «project sandbox» mode with a company from Singapore Nanolumi Pte.
A regulation was developed earlier, which determines the procedure of fuel marking and turnover on the territory of the republic.
Motor gasoline, special gasoline, light and middle distillates, other gasoline and distillates classified in the commodity positions of the Foreign Economic Activity Commodity Nomenclature as 271012110-271012900, 2710191100-2710191500, 2710192500, diesel fuel, classified in the commodity positions of Foreign Economic Activity Commodity Nomenclature as 2710193100-2710194800, 2710201100-2710201900, and middle distillates (in respect of winter diesel fuel), classified in the commodity position of the Foreign Economic Activity Commodity Nomenclature as 2710192900 are subject to marking.
The turnover of unmarked fuel residues is prohibited from September 1, 2024.
Taxpayers must mark fuel residues within the period before the ban on the turnover of unmarked fuel is introduced.
