The Eurasian Economic Union is preparing to launch a single market of appraisal services. Lusine Tumyan, Deputy Director of the Business Development Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission, said at the international conference «Real Estate in Focus: Appraisal, Regulation, Development» in Moscow.
«The Commission, together with the member states, is creating the necessary conditions for the smooth functioning of the single market of appraisal services. It should start in early 2025. At the end of September this year, we expect the agreement on administrative cooperation to be sent to domestic procedures with subsequent signing,» Lusine Tumyan noted.
The conference participants discussed important issues related to the preparation for the functioning of the single market of property appraisal services, changes in the legislation of the EAEU countries in the field of appraisal activities. The importance of using the integration potential of the EAEU for the development of appraisal activities in the union countries was emphasized.
