The Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Turkey Ruslan Kazakbaev met with the Director of the Center for Strategic Research of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Polat Safi. The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for partnership between research and analytical centers of both countries. The main focus was on forecasting and analyzing foreign policy issues within the framework of the implementation of the Memorandum of Cooperation signed in 2015.
The parties agreed to regularly hold scientific and practical conferences and panel discussions with the participation of leading specialists and experts of the two countries. These events will be aimed at strengthening interaction and exchanging knowledge in the field of foreign policy.
It was also noted that in connection with the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Region, joint events are planned with the participation of researchers, experts and former ambassadors to discuss current issues of bilateral cooperation.
