Criminal investigation officers detained 24-year-old man suspected of kidnapping. The press service of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek reported.
The police explained that a man contacted the Internal Affairs Department of Leninsky district on August 7, 2023 with a request to take action against unknown people, who on August 4, on Asanaliev Street, forcibly put him in a car, took him out of town and beat him.
A case was opened on the fact under the article «Kidnapping» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigators identified the suspect. He turned out to be 24-year-old citizen, previously convicted of attempted murder. He was detained and placed in the temporary detention center. The investigators also established his involvement in the robbery.
