President of China Xi Jinping will make a state visit to Kazakhstan and Tajikistan from July 2 to July 6. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PRC announced on June 30.
According to it, in the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in addition to meeting with the official leadership of the country, Xi Jinping will take part in the summit of heads of state of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). It will take place on July 4 in Astana.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the event will be attended by the heads of Kazakhstan, India, Iran, China, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Mongolia, Azerbaijan, Qatar, UAE, Turkey and Turkmenistan.
