President opens renovated building of SCNS in Issyk-Kul region

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov took part in the opening of the renovated building of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic (SCNS) in Issyk-Kul region. The press service of the head of state reported.

«Regional departments of the SCNS carry out the tasks assigned to them at the proper level. However, the task of the state is not only to place full responsibility on the security forces, but also to create the necessary conditions that will help them accurately fulfill their duties. Security agencies are a reliable support for us. Therefore, it is necessary to create all conditions to prevent internal and external threats and, if necessary, inflict an effective strike,» Sadyr Japarov noted in his speech.

The President said that the renovated building of the Issyk-Kul Department was built in 1976. It has never been repaired for 48 years. In order to improve the material and technical base of the Issyk-Kul Department of the SCNS and create the necessary conditions for the work of employees, the building with an area of more than 2,000 square meters was completely renovated and additional 544 square meters were built. The sports hall with an area of 517 square meters has been renovated.

Sadyr Japarov stressed that the strengthening of security and compliance with the rule of law in all spheres of government depends on the effective activities of law enforcement agencies.
