He recalled the words of the President at the second People’s Kurultai that the payment of taxes should be perceived as a contribution to the development of the country. At the same time, the head of the Cabinet added that fiscalization and work on the introduction of cash registers (CCM) and electronic consignment notes will continue.
«The President has given the markets time to prepare. We are not touching ordinary vendors, on the contrary, we are ready to create all conditions for them,» Akylbek Japarov said.
The Cabinet of Ministers reported on the growth of tax collection. If in 2019 the Tax Service collected 78.2 billion soms, in 2023 — 183.5 billion soms. In 2019, the Customs Service collected 43.3 billion soms, and in 2023 the established plan of 107 billion soms was fulfilled. For the first time in history, the State Customs Service has surpassed the 100 billion soms mark in collecting taxes and payments.
