A serviceman died as a result of careless handling of weapons in Osh region. The Information and Communications Department of the Border Service of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan reported.
According to preliminary data, the day before, conscript E.R., 18, accidentally fired from an AK-74.
«Despite all efforts to provide medical care, the soldier died from the wound. Doctors who arrived at the scene of the incident pronounced death,» the department said.
Investigative measures are being carried out at the scene of the incident.
