The State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) revealed facts of providing elite intimate services to persons of rank, high-ranking officials, officials and businessmen under the guise of providing escort services. The SCNS press center reported.
During the investigative and operational activities carried out on November 27 within the framework of a criminal case initiated under Article 160 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (assistance in prostitution and debauchery), it was established that about eight groups under the names «Tusa», Luxury, «The Hunger Games», «Beauties», Top Girls, «Boltalka», «Only/KG» were opened in WhatsApp messenger, as well as two groups in Telegram messenger — «Models 312» and «The Hunger Games» and about 200 girls from 18 to 25 years old provide intimate services for monetary compensation. The cost of one hour of intimate services varies from $300 to $3,000. There were also participants in beauty pageants among the girls.
The data of all participants in these groups were established, as well as administrators and managers — S.S.B.,21, and T.A., 26, who were looking for clients and discussing the meeting place. They were detained and placed in the temporary detention center of the SCNS.
Currently, the state committee is carrying out additional investigative and operational measures to identify other organizers of the groups, as well as officials involved in the patronage of illegal activities in the provision of intimate services.
Chairman of the SCNS Kamchybek Tashiev previously promised to show faces of deputies and officials who go to brothels and use intimate services.
