An increase in consumer prices and tariffs was registered in October this year in the EAEU member states compared to the previous month. The National Statistical Committee reported.
The index of consumer prices and tariffs increased by 0.9 percent in Kyrgyzstan. The maximum increase in prices for non-food products (by 11.1 percent) was recorded in the republic.
In October 2023, compared to December 2022, the highest inflation rate (7.9 percent) in the consumer sector of the economy was registered in Kazakhstan, where the prices for food products (by 6.8 percent) and services provided to the population (by 9.6 percent) increased to the greatest extent.
