The Chairman of the Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan left for a working trip to Osh region and met with employees of the judicial system.
Zamirbek Bazarbekov held a meeting with judges of the region, during which procedural violations in various categories of cases were noted.
He emphasized that within the framework of the third stage of judicial reform, the essence of which is to improve the quality of the administration of justice, tough measures will be taken in response to all cases of procedural and other violations by employees of the judicial system.
Individual cases of gross violation of the requirements of procedural legislation on the part of judges have been reported. The head of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic gave instructions to eliminate violations and carry out work strictly following the requirements of the law.
At the same time, positive statistical indicators were also noted in the activities of judges in Osh region.
