It was decided to start the heating season in the capital on October 31. The press service of the City Hall informed 24.kg news agency.
According to it, the order was signed by Mayor Emilbek Abdykadyrov.
First of all, heating will be supplied to hospitals, kindergartens, schools, maternity hospitals and social protection institutions.
