The meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in expanded format ended at Ala-Archa State Residence.
As a result, the Heads of Government of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union approved 26 documents:
- On the main tasks and key directions for the further development of integration processes within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union for the period until 2030 and 2045;
- On the progress of work on the report on the functioning of the Eurasian Economic Union;
- On approval of the regulations on the selection of joint cooperation projects in industries and the provision of financial assistance in their implementation by the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union;
- On studying the issue of creating a Eurasian rating agency;
- On the current state and prospects for the development of the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union;
- On the progress of implementation of the order of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council dated June 8, 2023 No. 5 (veto mechanism);
- About the Chairman and personal composition of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
- On the mechanism and principles of rotation of positions of members of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission;
- On the implementation by member states of the Eurasian Economic Union of internal procedures necessary for the entry into force and signing of international treaties, as well as procedures for intrastate approval of draft international treaties concluded within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union;
- On the role of nuclear energy and non-power nuclear technologies in achieving sustainable development goals in the space of the Eurasian Economic Union;
- On the revision of the standards for the distribution of amounts of import customs duties between the budgets of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union;
- On the progress of implementation of the order of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council dated June 21, 2022 No. 11;
- On the procedure for using navigation seals;
- On amendments to some decisions of the Customs Union Commission in relation to certain types of cattle meat;
- On amendments to certain decisions of the Commission of the Customs Union and the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission in relation to certain types of motor vehicles with an electric engine;
- On amendments to certain decisions of the Commission of the Customs Union and the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission in relation to certain types of motor vehicles with an electric engine;
- On the submission of a report on monitoring the practice of customs declaration of goods in respect of which risk profiles formed in accordance with paragraph 4 of the decision of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council dated October 16, 2015 No. 22 are applied;
- On approval of the rules for mutual trade in electrical energy in the common electrical energy market of the Eurasian Economic Union;
- On approval of the rules for mutual trade in electrical energy in the common electrical energy market of the Eurasian Economic Union;
- On the report on the progress of the formation of common markets for oil and petroleum products of the Eurasian Economic Union in 2022;
- On the report on the progress of the formation of the common gas market of the Eurasian Economic Union in 2022;
- On the signing of a draft agreement on a harmonized system for determining the origin of goods exported from the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.
- On introducing changes to the list of institutions (organizations) of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, on the basis of which analytical support for selection and breeding work in the field of livestock breeding in the member states is carried out;
- On the draft decision of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council «On amendments to the Regulations on the Budget of the Eurasian Economic Union»;
- On approval of the program of events to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union in 2024;
- About the time and place of the meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council.
