The founder of Elite House construction company, Timur Faiziev, was arrested for two months. The Bishkek City Court confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency.
According to it, the investigating judge of the Oktyabrsky District Court applied a measure of restraint against the businessman in the form of detention until December 9 in the pre-trial detention center No. 1 of the capital.
In May 2021, an attempt has been already made to bring Timur Faiziev to criminal responsibility. However, he was outside of Bishkek and was put on the wanted list. The entrepreneur was suspected of complicity in corruption in obtaining land plots in the capital, as well as in illegal construction.
